Happy Spring Equinox!
We woke up to winter.
Luckily Mother Nature cleaned up her act quickly and the first day of spring is shaping up nicely!
Buds are about to burst.
Daffodils (on a south side) are nodding their sunny heads.
Tree tops are showing signs of green.
Flower beds are getting colorful.
I wish these were my beds... they are in downtown Salt Lake last night. I love the ornamental cabbages!
City Creek Center (opening this week) is nicely landscaped.
Pansies are braving it beautifully!
We are growing something green in our kitchen... remember
this? The wheat berries are soaking right now, and this afternoon we'll plant wheat grass to celebrate the advent of spring!!
