This miniature yellow bloom must have been stunted by all the disturbances, but I was happy to see it's cheery yellow face anyway. Two others are about to burst and more are still forming. I would say my experiment was a success!I am so excited to write about all the beautiful flowers and foliage we saw on the verdant isle of Oahu. It was a horticultural paradise!
Oh happy little flowers! I sure could use your smiling faces at my house. Since returning from warmer climes I have been yearning for warmer weather and happy flowers. I guess I could plan my gardens for next year rather than designing by the seat of my pants when I have flowers in hand... NAAA. I've been thinking of how I need to have a drip system in my pots (some 25-30) so I don't have to worry when we leave town. Probably expensive.
