I cooked with some ingredients from my garden this week! Admittedly, my harvests were only embellishments, but it's a start.
This Butternut Parmesan pasta was so good with my own fresh basil in place of the sage. It was amazingly aromatic as I minced it and so pretty as garnish.
I harvested my first handful of peas and added them to a yummy stir fry last night.
Maybe later in the summer I will try it again with one of these...
